Daniel Lybrink, 61, has Down syndrome, but he's pretty well known at the Michigan McDonald's because of his hard work and friendly disposition. His caretaker, Molly Wisuri, says he loved his job. Even when he had to take time off to recover from injuries and illness, he couldn't wait to get back to work. InsideEdition.com's Mara Montalbano (https://twitter.com/MaraMontalbano) has more.

I had a little chat with this construction worker who looked a bit bored. It was primarily about the fact that the sign didnt mention anything about cyclists even though the site was straight through the cycle lane. Not very good for cyclists who are not very competent on the roads.
I rly wanted the permission to ride there so i was very friendly to him but he obviously diddn't care :(
